Nigel was kind and helpful. he gave us directions to the city and assisted us with everything we needed. the breakfast was excellent and very flexible with timing. It made our mornings much easier. the hotel is very close to the city centre. You can easily get there with just one bus, the x1.
i found the room to be slightly overpriced considering the food options in the restaurant.

dirty roomfrozen food
the room could have been cleaner. i found some dust in the corners (not a great look). also, the frozen food at the restaurant was a bit of a letdown. i thought i was going to get a nice meal, but it tasted like something i could've heated up in my own microwave.

dust accumulationnarrow window
The cleanliness fell short of expectations. i found dust accumulating in corners and the bathroom needing a more thorough scrub. also, the breakfast hours posed problems, with a very narrow window that didn't accommodate early departures. Its inconvenient. the times need extending.
